摘 要:河流长期纳污易导致底泥污染,淤泥清理是河流治理的重要措施,对清理的淤泥进行无害化处理有利于防止其二次污染。文章选取广东肇庆某河流重金属污染底泥作为样本,通过分析固化后重金属浸出质量浓度及其存在形态分布,研究了自制无机固化材料对淤泥中重金属的固化效果。结果表明:自制固化剂对底泥中重金属的稳定化作用明显,重金属的浸出毒性显著降低,且随着固化剂掺量增加和养护龄期的增长,固化效果更加明显;固化剂对重金属的固定主要是通过固化剂水化产物钙矾石、水化硅酸钙凝胶吸收重金属,使其转化为不溶态或稳定的络合态,宏观上表现为固化处理后残渣态重金属质量浓度的增加及其有效性的降低。River sediment is prone to contamination from prolonged exposure to pollutants.Desilting is one of the crucial measures of river treatment.The harmless treatment of sludge is useful to prevent secondary pollution.In this study,heavy metal-contaminated sediments from a river in Zhaoqing,Guangdong are selected as the test objects,the solidification/stabilization effect of self-made inorganic solidification materials on heavy metals in sludge is studied by analyzing the leaching concentration and the existing form distribution of heavy metals after solidification.The results indicate that the leaching concentration of heavy metals is significantly reduced after curing,while the curing effect is more obvious as the curing agent content increased and the curing age extendes.The fixation of heavy metals is mainly through the hydration products of the curing agent,such as ettringite and hydrated calcium silicate gels,which absorbed heavy metals and transformed them into an insoluble or stable complexed state.Macroscopically,this is evidenced by an increase in the residual concentration of heavy metals and a reduction in their bioavailability after treatment.
