摘  要:构建TC4钛合金本构模型,可以更精确地描述和预测TC4钛合金的力学行为,为其生产应用提供更加准确、可靠的理论依据。文章通过高温压缩实验,得到TC4钛合金流动应力与应变、应变速率以及温度之间的关系,并建立了初始的Johnson-Cook(JC)本构模型。根据应变量、变形温度、应变速率之间的相互联系,修正了本构模型并拟合数据;比较了拟合、实验结果,并借助误差用相关系数R定量评价不同本构模型对流动应力预测的准确性。结果表明:最终构建的钛合金本构模型的预测值误差相关系数R值可达到0.999,比原始的JC模型能更准确地预测材料的力学行为。Constructing a constitutive mode for TC4 titanium alloy enhances the precision in describing and predicting its mechanical behavio,thus providing a accurate and reliable theoretical basis for its practical production applications.This study conducted high-temperature compression experiments aimed at investigating the relationships between flow stress of TC4 titanium alloy and factors such as strain,strain rate,and temperature.An initial Johnson-Cook(JC)constitutive model is established based on the experiments results.Further modifications are made to the constitutive model considered the interrelationships between strain,deformation temperature,and strain rate and the parameter optimization is conducted using data fitting methods.Finally,the data fitting and experimentsl results is compared,and the efficacy of different constitutive models in predicting flow stress is evaluated quantitatively using the correlation coefficient R with the help of errors.Results show that the error correlation coefficient R between the predicted values of the established constitutive model can achieve 0.999,indicating that it can predict the mechanical behavior of TC4 alloy more accurately compared to the original JC model.
