摘　　要：通过优化聚酯切片的干燥工艺,改进挤压机加热温度模式,设计喷丝板异形微孔数及尺寸,优选拉伸工艺,改进加捻定型技术,提高了加捻定型涤纶膨体变形长丝(BCF)的断裂强度和蓬松柔软性能,研制的仿羊毛BCF的断裂强度大于3.00 cN/dtex,满足高档地毯织造要求。By optimizing the drying process of polyester chips,improving the heating temperature mode of the extruder,designing the number and size of the shaped micropores of the spinneret,optimizing the draw-ing process,and improving the twisting and setting technology,the breaking strength and fluffiness of the twist-setting polyester bulk continuous filament(BCF)were improved,and the breaking strength of the de-veloped wool-like BCF was greater than 3.00 cN/dtex,and meets the weaving requirements of high-grade carpets.
