仪征化纤涤纶短纤维客户满意度的IPA分析

摘　　要：以有光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维为例,通过现场问卷调查的方式,使用IPA分析法对22个要素的重要性、满意度进行分析。研究结果显示:在重要性方面,客户对可纺性的重视程度最高,对销售素质及态度的重视程度最低;在满意度方面,客户对交付质量合规性的满意度最高,对销售政策的满意度最低;随货单据完整性、销售政策、财务服务是亟需改善的方面。Taking polyester staple fiber as an example,the importance and satisfaction degree of 22 ele-ments were analyzed by IPA analysis method in the field questionnaire survey.The results show that:in terms of importance,customers attach the highest importance to spinnability,and the lowest importance to sales quality and attitude;in terms of satisfaction,customers have the highest satisfaction with the delivery weight compliance and the lowest satisfaction with the sales policy.Documentation integrity,sales policies,and financial services are areas which need to be improved.
