摘  要:聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝中氧元素含量较低,约为1%~2%,含水率约0.6%~1.2%,由于原丝具有易吸水特性,吸入的水分将增加氧元素含量、增加试样质量,影响最终氧元素含量的检测结果。考察了仪器基线、干燥、标准样品称样量对原丝氧元素含量测量结果的影响,结果表明:称样量不宜过高,且应分开质量梯度;为防止基线漂移,建立标线后应尽快进行试样检测;制样前试样应烘干,且需放在铝盒内以防止吸水增加试样质量而引起误差。The oxygen content of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber precursor is low,about 1%~2%,and the water content is about 0.6%~1.2%.Due to the easy water absorption of precursor,the inhaled water will increase the oxygen content,increase the quality of the sample,and affect the final detection result of oxy-gen content.The effects of instrument base line,drying and the standard sample mass on the measurement results of precursor oxygen content were investigated.The results show that the sample mass should not be too high,and the mass gradient should be separated.In order to prevent baseline drift,sample testing should be carried out as soon as possible after the establishment of the marking line.Before sample prepara-tion,the sample should be dried and placed in an aluminum box to prevent water absorption from increasing the sample weight and causing errors.
