钢桥面聚氨酯改性环氧树脂碎石黏结层材料设计

摘  要:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂以较高的黏结强度及优良的变形性能成为钢桥面黏结层材料选择之一。根据钢桥面黏结层层铺法特点,制作了钢板+黏结层+SMA复合试件,以层间抗剪强度为评价指标,将黏结层各材料用量作为变化因素,采用正交试验方法进行五因素四水平试验设计和分析。结果表明:聚氨酯改性环氧树脂碎石与钢板间黏结强度高,复合试件破坏均发生在黏结层与上覆层SMA之间;热熔型改性环氧树脂用量对黏结层剪切强度影响最大,第一层碎石撒布量影响最小;热熔型改性环氧树脂、第二层碎石及聚氨酯改性环氧树脂用量3个因素变化时,层间剪切强度均先增大后减小,最佳用量分别为1.9 kg·m^(-2)、6.0 kg·m^(-2)和2.4 kg·m^(-2);第一层碎石撒布量建议为6.0 kg·m^(-2),聚氨酯改性环氧树脂用量应在小于2.1 kg·m^(-2)区间进一步试验确定。Polyurethane modified epoxy resin has become one of the choice of bonding layer materials for steel bridge deck due to its high bonding strength and excellent deformation performance.According to the characteristics of the bonding layer paving method of steel bridge deck,the steel plate+bonding layer+SMA composite specimen was made.The interlayer shear strength was used as the evaluation index,and the amount of each material of the bonding layer was used as the change factor.The orthogonal test method was used to design and analyze the five-factor four-level test.The results show that the bonding strength between polyurethane modified epoxy resin gravel and steel plate is high,and the failure of composite specimens occurs between the bonding layer and the SMA of the overlying layer.The amount of hot-melt modified epoxy resin has the greatest influence on the shear strength of the bonding layer,and the amount of the first layer of gravel has the least influence.The interlaminar shear strength increases first and then decreases with the change of the amount of hot melt modified epoxy resin,the second layer of crushed stone and polyurethane modified epoxy resin,and the optimum amount is 1.9 kg·m^(-2),6.0 kg·m^(-2)and 2.4 kg·m^(-2),respectively.The amount of the first layer of gravel is recommended to be 6.0 kg·m^(-2),and the amount of polyurethane modified epoxy resin should be further determined in the range of less than 2.1 kg·m^(-2).
