摘 要:由于电机所处环境恶劣,容易发生缺相(通常指绕组开路)故障,且传统的电流检测法计算复杂、诊断速度慢,可能出现误诊断的情况,在传统电流检测法的基础上,提出了基于灰色预测理论的永磁容错电机驱动系统缺相故障诊断策略。通过理论分析和仿真软件验证,证明了所提出的诊断策略与传统电流检测法相比,开路故障的诊断速度更快、诊断精度更高,且在电机转速、转矩发生突变时,也可以有效避免误诊断的发生。In view of the harsh environment of the motor,it is prone to phasedeficiency(usually refers to a winding open circuit)faults.The traditional current detection method has high computational complexity,slow diagnosis speed and may have misdiagnosed conditions.Based on the traditional current detection method,a phase deficiencyfault diagnosis strategy for permanent magnet fault-tolerant motor drive systems based on grey prediction is proposed.Theoretical analysis and simulation software validation have demonstrated that the proposed diagnosis strategy can quicker and more precisely diagnose winding open circuit faults compared to the traditional current detection method.It can also effectively avoid misdiagnosis when the motor speed or torque changes suddenly.
