摘 要:电力设备状态评估是状态检修与运行风险预测的基础。真空断路器作为电力系统中的重要设备,为保证其安全稳定运行,需要对其状态进行准确评估。针对目前真空断路器状态评估中存在的状态指标权重单一、评估模型复杂等不足,文中以ZN63A-12型真空断路器为研究对象,提出了一种基于组合赋权和加权秩和比(WRSR)相结合的综合评估方法。首先通过选取真空断路器的4项特征状态指标,建立状态评估体系;其次采用组合赋权法计算每项指标的权重;接着根据所测数据,运用加权秩和比法对6台真空断路器进行分档排序,并对其进行状态评估;最后,将运用该方法的评估结果与专家现场评估结果进行比较,验证该方法的有效性。研究结果表明:该方法可以对多台真空断路器进行状态排序,并可以此为依据制定检修策略,有效地提高了检修效率。Condition assessment of power equipment is the basis for power equipment condition maintenance and operation risk prediction.As an important device in the power system,vacuum circuit breakers need to be accurately evaluated in order to ensure their safe and stable operation.In view of the current vacuum circuit breaker state evaluation,the single state index weight and the complex evaluation model are insufficient.This paper takes the ZN63A-12 vacuum circuit breaker as the research object and proposes a method based on combined weighting and weighted rank sum ratio(WRSR)combined comprehensive evaluation method.First,establish a state evaluation system by selecting four characteristic state indicators of the vacuum circuit breaker.Secondly,use the combination weighting method to calculate the weight of each indicator.then,according to the measured data,use the weighted rank sum ratio method to perform the evaluation of the six vacuum circuit breakers.Sort by stages and evaluate their status;finally,compare the results of the evaluation using this method with the results of the expert on-site evaluation to verify the effectiveness of the method.The research results show that the method in this paper can sort the states of multiple vacuum circuit breakers,and formulate maintenance strategies based on this,which effectively improves the maintenance efficiency.
