摘 要:机械类缺陷是GIS设备运行阶段的常见缺陷之一。针对机械缺陷导致GIS异常振动问题开展机理研究,能够有效排查现场设备故障隐患。文中首先通过有限元建模,对某126 kV三相共体式GIS运行时可能出现的屏蔽罩松动缺陷进行仿真,探究设备在缺陷状态下的异常振动机理及特征。其次,分别对建立的GIS正常模型和屏蔽罩松动模型进行磁固耦合仿真,通过后处理获得了筒体上的振动结果。最后,搭建了同一型号的GIS试验平台进行了缺陷模拟试验,对相同缺陷状态下GIS运行振动信号进行了检测分析。结果表明,文中所分析的126 kV GIS设备内部出现屏蔽罩松动缺陷时,振动信号中的主频会发生偏移,300 Hz特征频率明显增大,仿真和试验一致性较好。文中的研究成果可用于GIS屏蔽罩松动缺陷下的振动信号异常判断,采用的数值仿真及试验模型相结合的分析方法也可为更多缺陷类型研究提供思路。Mechanical defect is one of the common defects of GIS equipment during operation.Research on the mechanism of abnormal vibration of GIS due to mechanical defect is performed,which can effectively troubleshoot hidden troubles of the equipment at site.The finite element modeling is set up firstly in this paper to simulate the looseness of the shield which may occur during the operation of a 126 kV three-phase enclosed GIS and explore the mechanism and characteristics of abnormal vibration under defective conditions.Secondly,the normal model of the GIS and the looseness model of the shield are subjected to magnetic-solid coupling simulation respectively,and the vibration result on the enclosure is obtained through post-processing.Finally,a GIS test platform of the same model is set up to perform the defect simulation test,and the vibration signals of GIS under the same defect condition is subjected to detection and analysis.The results show that,in case of the looseness defect of the shield inside the 126 kV GIS analyzed in this paper,the main frequency will be shifted and the characteristic frequency at 300 Hz will be increased significantly.The simulation results is in good agreement with the experiment results.The study results in this paper can be used for abnormality judgment of GIS vibration signals in the case of shield looseness of GIS,and the analysis method combining numerical simulation and experiment can also provide a new perspective for studying many defect types.
