摘 要:在役GIS设备布置紧凑、结构复杂,现场X射线检测受空间、高度以及检测工装等限制而导致其拍摄角度受限,常出现射线束中心偏移、探测器翻转等非垂直透照情况,其X射线检测图谱出现平移、拉伸等变形,使得GIS部件尺寸的测量误差较大,部分缺陷难以准确定性。文中针对以上典型问题,建立了垂直透照以及X射线束中心偏移、探测器翻转、X射线束中心偏移且探测器翻转等非垂直透照情况下的几何模型,研究了X射线束中心偏移、探测器翻转角度对X射线检测图谱尺寸的影响规律,提出了不同非垂直透照情况下的X射线检测图谱校准公式,开发了一种非垂直透照下的在役GIS设备X射线检测缺陷尺寸测量校准方法,实现了全透照条件下缺陷尺寸的测量与校准。相关研究成果在现场超高压GIS隔离开关缺陷的诊断定性中取得了良好的应用成效。GIS equipment in service is compact in layout and complex in structure.The shooting angle of the X-ray is limited due to such constrains as space,height and testing tools.Such non-vertical irradiation situations as center deviation of beam and detector flipping often occur,and the X-ray testing spectrum shows such deformation as translation and stretching,resulting in significant measurement errors in dimension of GIS component and difficulty in accurately identifying some defects.In view of above typical issues,the geometric models for vertical irradiation such as X-ray beam center offset,detector flipping,and non-vertical irradiation such as X-ray beam center offset and detector flipping are set up.The influence of X-ray beam center offset and detector flipping angle on the size of X-ray detection spectra is studied,the calibration formula for X-ray detection spectra under different non vertical irradiation condition is proposed,a calibration method for defect size measurement in the operating GIS using X-ray detection under non-vertical irradiation condition is developed and achieving measurement and calibration of defect size under full transmission conditions is achieved.The relevant research results have achieved good application results in the diagnosis and characterization of defects in ultra-high voltage GIS disconnector at site.
