新文科视野下法律大数据与法律实践教学的契合

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来冲击了法律实践教学的理念和模式,大数据在公安机关、人民检察院和人民法院的运用对法律实践教学提出了全新的挑战。在新文科理念下,我们只有充分认识法律大数据对复合型应用型法律人才培养提出的新需求和新时代法律人才掌握法律大数据运用的必要性,才能进一步认识法律大数据与法律实践教学资源、教学模式、师资培养的契合,并在此基础之上深入了解法律大数据在法律实践教学中拓展教学资源、创新课堂模式、补充师资力量的功能和作用。The advent of the era of Big Data has exerted a profound impact on the concept and mode to the teaching of legal practice.The utilization of big data by Department of Public Security,People's Procuratorates and People's Courts has presented new challenges over the teaching of legal practice.In light of the emerging paradigm of the new liberal arts,it is imperative to comprehend the demands for compound-applied legal talent training facilitated by Big Data and the indispensability of law talents to utilize Big Data in the new era.Only through such an understanding can we gain a deeper comprehension of the compatibility between Big Data in Legal Department and the resource,models,and training of teachers for the teaching of legal practice,as well as appreciate the functions and effects of Big Data in Legal Department in expanding teaching resources,innovating classroom modes,and supplementing the human resource in teaching of legal practice.
