戴季陶与中国西北高等农林教育

摘　　要：训政时期,戴季陶曾三次赴西北考察。在1932年,戴季陶与于右任,张继等国民党高层人士提出创办西北农林专科学校。1934年西北农专建校,戴季陶参与学校的选址、农专及附设机构设置,筹备师资和编制学系。戴季陶提出并参与筹办的民国西北农林专科学校,为这一时期的中国培养了一大批农林业人才,学校延续至今演变成西北农林科技大学,对中国西北高等农林教育有着积极影响,为当今的农林现代化和农林科技事业提供历史的借鉴。During Period of Tutelage(second stage in establishing a democratic republic raised by Dr.Sun Yat-sen in 1924),Dai Jitao made three field trips to Northwest China.In 1932,Dai Jitao,Yu Youren,Zhang Ji and other senior figures of the Kuomintang proposed the establishment of the National Northwest Junior College Agriculture and Forestry and in 1934,their goal achieved.Dai Jitao personally involved in the site selection,the establishment of agricultural colleges and affiliated organizations,the preparation of teaching staff and the formation of departments.Dai Jitao took a hands-on role in the establishment of the college which cultivated many agriculture and forestry talents for China.
