摘  要:以皂质芦荟(Aloe saponaria Haw)为研究对象,浇灌不同Ca^(2+)浓度的改良版霍格兰营养液,测定土壤微生物量碳和氮含量,调查和分析不同供钙量对皂质芦荟根际土壤微生物量的影响.研究结果显示,Ca^(2+)浓度为11mmol/L的实验处理中皂质芦荟的叶片、花梗和种子等繁殖器官、根系等生物量均达到最大值.土壤微生物量碳和氮在Ca^(2+)浓度为13mmol/L的实验处理中含量最高.土壤微生物量碳和氮含量分别与皂质芦荟的叶片、繁殖器官、根和总生物量呈弱多项式关系;Ca^(2+)、皂质芦荟、以及两者的交互作用对土壤微生物量碳和氮含量的变化有显著影响;皂质芦荟的叶片、繁殖器官、根和总生物量,土壤活性有机碳含量及其转化率,分别与土壤微生物量碳和氮含量有显著线性相关性.Taking Aloe saponaria Haw as the research subject,this study investigated and analyzed the impact of different calcium supplies on the microbial biomass of the soil around Aloe saponaria by irrigating it with modified Hoagland nutritional solution of different Ca2+concentrations and measuring the carbon and nitrogen content in soil microbial biomass.The results showed that treated with a Ca2+concentration of 11 mmol/L,Aloe saponaria got the maximum biomass in its leaves and reproductive organs like pedicels and seeds,as well as the root system.The highest carbon and nitrogen content was found in soil microbial biomass with a Ca2+concentration of 13 mmol/L.The content of carbon and nitrogen had a weak polynomial relationship with the primary biomass of leaves,reproductive organs,roots and plants of A.saponaria respectively.The concentration of Ca2+,Aloe saponaria,and their interaction had a significant impact on the carbon and nitrogen content.The leaves,reproductive organs,roots,total biomass of Aloe saponaria and the content and transformation rate of active organic carbon had a significant linear correlation with the content of carbon and nitrogen in soil microbial biomass respectively.
