摘  要:随着国家一系列涉及中医药健康文化素养政策的发布,中医药健康文化素养水平的提升工作备受各行各业的重视。该文就基层群众中医药健康文化素养的培养开展研究,发现基层群众中医药健康文化素养水平现存以下问题:基层群众对中医药认知面窄、认知度浅和认知不准确。而基层群众中医药健康文化素养水平的提升面临着三大困境:中医药传承与创新存在困难阻碍;中医药教育体系不完善;传播媒体存在偏见和不足。对此,该文提出促进中医药传承与创新、加强中医药教育、加强中医药文化传播等对策,旨在提升基层群众的中医药健康文化素养水平,促进中医药的传承与发展。With the issuance of a series of policies related to the health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the improvement of the level of health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine has attracted much attention from all walks of life.This paper conducts research on the cultivation of TCM health literacy of grassroots people,and finds that the level of TCM health literacy of grassroots people has the following status:the grassroots people's cognition of TCM is narrow,shallow and inaccurate.However,the grassroots people are faced with the following three difficulties in improving the level of TCM health literacy.There are difficulties in the inheritance and innovation of TCM,the imperfect TCM education system,and the prejudice and insufficiency of the communication media.In this study,this study proposes countermeasures to promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine education,and strengthen the scientific communication of the media,aiming to improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine health literacy of the grassroots people and promote the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
