国家翻译能力视域下中国文学翻译实践能力研究——以霍克斯译本《红楼梦》为例

摘　　要：当下中国文化“走”出去的观念已经上升到国家战略的高度,因此国家翻译能力研究凸显出其重要性。中国文学翻译作为中国翻译分支中不可或缺的一部分,在整个中华文化外宣工程中占据着非常重要的位置。但是在翻译实践过程中,文学中特有的民族文化特征的翻译处理不得当是造成中国文学译本在海外传播不够理想的一个重要因素。特别是文学译者,作为中国文学翻译实践主体,他们的翻译实践活动直接受自身翻译理念的影响,与时俱进的译者翻译理念是提升其翻译实践能力的前提条件,也是有效途径。霍克斯译本《红楼梦》在海外得到了读者的认可,在一定程度上实现了中华文化传播。该文以提升译者翻译实践能力为出发点,通过分析霍克斯在《红楼梦》翻译实践中体现出的翻译思想,探究培养译者与时俱进的翻译理念对其文学实践能力的提升作用。At present,the concept of"Chinese culture going out"has risen to the height of national strategy,so the study of national translation ability highlights its importance.As an indispensable part of Chinese translation,Chinese literature translation plays a very important role in the whole Chinese culture publicity project.However,in the process of translation practice,the unique national cultural characteristics of the Chinese literature may have been regarded as an important factor causing the unsatisfactory overseas dissemination of Chinese literature translations.In particular,literary translators,as the leading conductors of Chinese literary translation practice,are directly influenced by their own translation ideas.Keeping pace with the times,the translator's translation concept is the prerequisite and effective way to improve his translation practice ability.Hawkes'translation of The Story of the Stone has been highly recognized by overseas readers,and has realized the spread of Chinese culture to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper takes improving the translator's practical ability as the starting point,and through analyzing Hawkes'translation thoughts reflected in the translation practice of The Story of the Stone,explores putting aside the traditional translation ideas and following the times,the translators are expected to improve their literary practical ability.
