摘　　要：随着后疫情时代的来临,保险消费者对保险中介的服务与专业技能提出了更高的要求,而保险中介行业仍维持传统的运营与销售模式。本文首先基于行业数据,分析得出我国的保险中介行业存在从业人员急剧下滑、从业人员素质总体偏低、营销模式粗放化、数字化基础薄弱等痛点,接着分析指出运用新兴技术解决上述问题的可行性与必要性。此外,本文以保险中介行业的现存问题为基础,从保险中介的发展机遇和挑战两大维度出发,分析我国保险中介行业的外部环境,并结合新兴科技的优势,从营销展业、保险中介人员监管、企业内部经营流程、保险产品应用场景等方面提出针对性的对策建议,赋能保险中介的数字化转型与发展。With the advent of the post pandemic era,insurance consumers have put forward higher require-ments for the service process and professional skills of insurance intermediaries.However,the insurance intermediary industry still maintains the traditional operation and sales model,resulting in a serious supply-demand mismatch in the insurance market.This article first analyzes the pain points of China's insur-ance intermediary industry,based on industry data,such as a sharp decline in employees,overall low quality of employees,extensive marketing models,and weak digital foundations.It also points out the feasibility and necessity of using emerging technologies to solve the above problems.In addition,based on the existing problems in the insurance intermediary industry,this article analyzes the external environment of China’s insurance intermediary industry from the two dimensions of development opportunities and challenges,and combines the advantages of emerging technologies to propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of marketing development,supervision of insurance intermediary personnel,internal business processes of insurance intermediary enterprises,and application scenarios of insurance products,Empower-ing the digital transformation and development of insurance intermediaries.
