边疆民族地区人力资本教育投资与劳动力市场回报:桂西地区实证研究

摘　　要：本研究为桂西劳动经济学系列研究成果之一。本研究运用公开数据以及自建数据库,构建基础评价指标,分析自“十三五”以来桂西地区公共部门与家庭部门在教育投资领域的阶段性成效。研究发现,桂西地区两部门在教育投资方面存在不协调、不匹配的现象,在劳动力的市场表现方面,受制于学历、职业技能熟练度、就业的行业门类等诸因素,劳动力的就业市场回报有限,回报的增长空间不高。This study is one of the research results of labor economics in western Guangxi.This study uses open data and self-built database to construct basic evaluation indicators to analyze the phased results of public sector and family sector in the field of education investment in western Guangxi since the“13th Five-Year Plan”.The study found that the two departments in the west Guangxi region in the education investment is not coordinated,mismatch phenomenon,in the labor market performance,subject to education,vocational skills proficiency,employment industry categories and other factors,the labor market return is limited,the return of the growth space is not high.
