摘　　要：邮轮航线网络的规划与布局是优化区域间港口竞合关系、开发差异化旅游产品的关键,对国内邮轮产业的本土化发展至关重要。以舟山国际邮轮港为研究对象,并在全国范围内挑选发展领先的11个沿海邮轮港口作为备选港口,采用因子分析法计算得到港口综合竞争力的定量数值。以邮轮航线竞争力和邮轮公司运营利润为目标构建邮轮航线设计模型,并利用遗传算法求解得到舟山邮轮港国内运营最优航线和配船方案,设计短线、中长线和长线的主题航线产品,以协调优化区域航线网络布局,加强国内沿海港口联动,推进邮轮旅游持续健康发展。The planning of cruise line network is the key to optimize the competition and cooperation be-tween regional ports and develop differentiated tourism products,which is crucial to the localization de-velopment of domestic cruise industry.Taking Zhoushan International Cruise Port as the research object,and selecting 11 leading coastal cruise ports as alternative ports.Factor analysis is used to calculate the quantitative value of port comprehensive competitiveness.Taking the competitiveness of cruise line and the operating profits of cruise companies as the objectives,the cruise route calculation model is built,and the genetic algorithm is used to analyze the optimal domestic operation cruise line and ship allocation scheme of Zhoushan cruise port,and theme cruise line products are designed according to different voyage days.The re-search optimizes the regional route network layout,strengthens the linkage of domestic coastal ports,and promotes the sustainable and healthy development of cruise tourism.
