摘  要:4,6-二氯嘧啶废水预处理工艺为Fenton工艺,出水中含有大量铁盐。利用铁絮凝物构建A/O生物铁法处理4,6-二氯嘧啶废水,通过单因素实验考察了进水pH值、水力停留时间(HRT)、污泥回流比对处理效果的影响,构建了A/O生物铁法处理废水的动力学模型,并利用三维荧光光谱法进行验证。结果表明,铁絮凝物的最佳投加量为5%;在进水pH值为8、HRT为48 h、污泥回流比为90%的最佳条件下,COD去除率和氨氮去除率分别达到86%和87%;动力学分析和三维荧光光谱验证表明,A/O生物铁法处理4,6-二氯嘧啶废水的动力学模型截距与三维荧光光谱信息基本一致;依据动力学模型,结合进出水水质与出水排放标准可以确定合理的HRT,对实际工程应用具有指导意义。The pretreatment process of 4,6-dichloropyrimidine wastewater is Fenton process,and the effluent contains a large amount of iron salt.In this paper,we constructed an A/O bioferric process to treat 4,6-dichloropyrimidine wastewater by using iron floc.Moreover,we investigated the effects of influent pH value,hydraulic retention time(HRT),and sludge reflux ratio on the treatment effect by single-factor experiments.Furthermore,we established a kinetic model of A/O bioferric process for wastewater treatment,and verified the model via three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the optimal dosage of iron floc is 5%.The COD removal rate and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 86%and 87%,respectively,under the optimal conditions as follows:the influent pH value of 8,the HRT of 48 h,and the sludge reflux ratio of 90%.The kinetic analysis and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum verification show that the intercept of the kinetic model for the treatment of 4,6-dichloropyrimidine wastewater by A/O bioferric process is basically consistent with the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum information.Based on the dynamic model,the reasonable HRT can be determined by combining the influent-effluent water quality with effluent discharge standards,which has guiding significance for practical engineering applications.
