摘  要:为了提高低渗透油藏注水井的注水开发效率,室内研制了一套适合低渗透油藏注水井在线酸化施工的复合缓速酸体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明,复合缓速酸体系对储层段岩心粉末的溶蚀性能较好,4.0 h溶蚀率达到15.72%,虽略低于常规盐酸和土酸,但具有良好的缓速效果;复合缓速酸体系与地层水的配伍性能较好,并具有良好的缓速性能,在温度为30~80℃时,缓速率能达到80%以上;复合缓速酸体系具有良好的防腐蚀性能,对N80钢材和J55钢材的腐蚀速率均较低;复合缓速酸体系还具有良好的解堵性能,注入0.6 PV(孔隙体积)复合缓速酸时,可使污染后的天然岩心解堵率达到96%以上。现场应用效果表明,目标油田H区块5口注水井采取在线酸化施工措施后,平均注水压力降低了35.6%,平均日注水量提高了396.3%,平均有效期达到244 d,取得了良好的酸化解堵效果。In order to improve the water injection development efficiency of water injection wells in low permeability reservoir,we developed a composite retarded acid system suitable for online acidification construction of water injection wells in low permeability reservoir.Moreover,we evaluated the comprehensive performance of the system.The results show that the composite retarded acid system has good corrosion performance on the core powder of the reservoir section,and the corrosion rate reaches 15.72%at 4.0 h.Although the corrosion rate is slightly lower than that of conventional hydrochloric acid and soil acid,the composite retarded acid system has good retardative performance.The composite retarded acid system has good compatibility with formation water and good retardative performance,in addition,the retarded rate can reach more than 80%when the temperature is in the range of 30-80℃.The composite retarded acid system has good anti-corrosion performance,and the corrosion rates of N80 steel and J55 steel are low.The composite retarded acid system also has good plugging removal performance,the plugging removal rate of polluted natural core can reach more than 96%when injection volume of composite retarded acid is 0.6 PV(pore volume).The field application results show that the average injection pressure reduces by 35.6%,the average daily injection water volume increases by 396.3%,and the average validity period is 244 d after the online acidification construction measures are adopted in 5 injection wells in Block H of the target oilfield,which has achieved good effect of acidizing and plugging removal.
