摘 要:为了研究在地铁小半径曲线中轮轨摩擦调节剂的作用效果,建立了某地铁车辆的车辆-轨道系统动力学模型,对比分析了8种摩擦控制策略下的车辆动力学性能相关指标和磨耗指数。研究结果表明,单独外轨轨侧涂油会使车辆脱轨系数、轮重减载率、内外轨侧车轮横向力及车体垂向平稳性指标增大,而两侧轨顶涂摩擦调节剂可抑制车辆脱轨系数、轮重减载率、内外轨侧车轮横向力及车体垂向平稳性指标增大。摩擦调节剂可使内外轨侧车轮磨耗指数减小,摩擦调节剂配合外轨轨侧涂油可增加内外轨侧车轮磨耗指数减小效果。综合车辆动力学性能相关指标和轮轨磨耗指数考虑,在车辆通过R350曲线时,内轨轨顶涂摩擦调节剂和两侧轨顶涂摩擦调节剂不仅拥有较好的动力学性能,而且内外轨侧车轮的磨耗指数较小。In order to study the effect of friction modifier on wheel-rail of metro sharp curve,the vehicle-rail system dynamics model of a metro vehicle was established.The relevant indexes of vehicle dynamics performance and wear index under eight friction control strategies were compared and analyzed.The research results show that applying lubricant to the outer rail side only will increase the derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,lateral forces on inner and outer rail side wheels,and vertical stability of the vehicle body.Applying friction modifier to the rail tops on both sides can suppress the increase of derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,lateral forces on inner and outer rail side wheels,and vertical stability of the vehicle body.The friction modifier can reduce the wear index of the inner and outer rail side wheels,and the friction modifier together with the lubricant on the outer rail side can increase the reduction effect of wheel wear index on the inner and outer rail side wheels.Considering the vehicle dynamics performance and wheel-rail wear index,when a vehicle passes the R350 curve,applying friction modifier to the inner rail top and to the rail tops on both sides not only improves dynamic performance,but also reduces the wear index of the inner and outer rail wheels sides.
