摘 要:采用水热反应制备花状硫化钼/还原氧化石墨烯复合材料(MoS_(2)/RGO),并将MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)协同整理到聚多巴胺(PDA)改性棉织物上,制备自清洁吸波棉织物。探讨了MoS_(2)/RGO复合材料用量、PDMS用量、浸渍时间等因素对整理棉织物疏水性能及吸波性能的影响。结果显示,当MoS_(2)/RGO质量分数为1.5%,PDMS质量分数为4.0%,浸渍时间为30 min时,整理棉织物的疏水性能最佳,水滴接触角(WCA)可达到155.2°,在波段8.2~12.4 GHz范围,匹配厚度为3.5 mm下最小反射损耗(RL_(min))值为-42.81 dB,有效吸收带宽(EAB)为2.08 GHz,展现出优异的吸波性能。同时,整理棉织物对常见液滴具有优异的防污性,可实现良好的自清洁吸波效果。Flower-like molybdenum sulfide/reduced graphene oxide composites(MoS_(2)/RGO)are prepared by hydrothermal reaction.MoS_(2)/RGO composites and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)are coated on the polydopa⁃mine(PDA)modified cotton fabric to prepare self-cleaning and wave-absorbing cotton fabric.The effects of MoS_(2)/RGO dosage,PDMS dosage and dipping time on the hydrophobic and wave-absorbing properties of the treated cotton fabric are investigated.The results indicate that the suitable conditions for achieving the opti⁃mal hydrophobicity of treated cotton fabric are 1.5%MoS_(2)/RGO,4.0%PDMS,and 30 min dipping time.Un⁃der these conditions,the water contact angle of treated fabric reaches 155.2°,showing superhydrophobicity.Furthermore,the treated fabric exhibits remarkable wave absorption property with a minimum reflective loss(RL_(min))of-42.81 dB in the frequency range of 8.2-12.4 GHz at a thickness of 3.5 mm.The effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is 2.08 GHz.Overall,the treated cotton fabric displays improved excellent self-cleaning and wave-absorbing properties.
