摘  要:为了阐明金属配合物对棉针织物的漂白机理及性能,研究了多吡啶类铜配合物(CAT-3)与大环多胺类锰配合物(JK500)对棉针织物白度和双氧水(H_(2)O_(2))分解率的影响。结果表明:CAT-3作催化剂时,优化的漂白工艺为NaOH 1.0 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)13 g/L、CAT-32.0 g/L,织物白度为68.97%;JK500作催化剂时,漂白优化工艺为NaOH 2.0 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)13 g/L、JK5002.5 g/L,织物白度为65.92%。75℃处理60 min后,CAT-3/H_(2)O_(2)体系中H_(2)O_(2)分解率达到60.93%,远高于无CAT-3时的12.31%;JK500/H_(2)O_(2)体系中H_(2)O_(2)分解率为19.25%,未加JK500时的分解率为18.18%。CAT-3/H_(2)O_(2)体系的羟基自由基(HO·)荧光检测强度远高于对照组C_(0);JK500/H_(2)O_(2)及其对照组J0体系的HO·荧光强度均较小;超氧自由基(O_(2)^(-)·)是两种催化体系有效的漂白活性成分,而单线态氧(1O2)对织物白度基本无影响。In order to elucidate the bleaching mechanism and performance of metal complexes on cotton knit⁃ted fabrics,the effects of the polypyridyl copper complex(CAT-3)and the macrocyclic polyamine manganese complex(JK500)on the whiteness index of cotton knitted fabrics and on the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))are investigated.The results show that the optimized bleaching process by using CAT-3 as a catalyst is NaOH 1.0 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)13 g/L,CAT-32.0 g/L,imparting fabric with a whiteness index of 68.97%;and the optimized bleaching process by using JK500 as a catalyst is NaOH 2.0 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)13 g/L,and JK5002.5 g/L,show⁃ing a fabric whiteness index of 65.92%.After being treated at 75℃for 60 min,the H_(2)O_(2)decomposition rate of the CAT-3/H_(2)O_(2)system reaches 60.93%,which is much higher than that without CAT-3(12.31%).The H_(2)O_(2)de⁃composition rate of the JK500/H_(2)O_(2)system is 19.25%,close to the one without JK500(18.18%).The hydroxyl radical(HO·)fluorescence intensity of the CAT-3/H_(2)O_(2)system is much stronger than that of the C_(0)control.However,a very low fluorescence intensity for the JK500/H_(2)O_(2)or J0 control system is detected.It is proved that the superoxide radical(O_(2)^(-)·)is an effective bleaching active component in both copper and manganese complex bleaching systems,while the singlet oxygen(1O2)shows little effect on the fabric whiteness index.
