摘 要:分别采用自制的Mn_(1)、Mn_(2)、Cu配合物作为棉拉架布低温漂白催化剂,探究碱剂、双氧水和金属配合物催化剂质量浓度,以及练漂时间和温度对织物漂白后性能的影响,并与传统练漂棉布的染色性能进行对比。结果表明:三种配合物均能催化双氧水有效分解,可以实现75℃低温漂白,双氧水用量和氢氧化钠用量可以分别降低20%、30%,且其漂白效果均能达到后续染整加工要求,不影响织物的染色性能,符合当前行业节能减排的需求。Mn_(1),Mn_(2) and Cu complexes are used as low temperature bleaching catalysts for cotton fabric.The effects of alkali agent concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration,metal complex catalyst concentration,as well as scouring and bleaching time and temperature on the properties of fabric are investigated,and com⁃pared with the dyeing properties of cotton fabrics with traditional scouring and bleaching.It is found that the three complexes can catalyze the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,and can achieve low-temper⁃ature bleaching at 75℃.The amount of hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide can be reduced by 20%and 30%respectively,and the bleaching effect can meet the requirements of subsequent dyeing and finishing,with⁃out affecting the dyeing performance of the fabric,which meets the needs of energy saving and emission re⁃duction in the current industry.
