摘  要:为解决聚乳酸织物难染深色、染色后织物手感与强力下降的问题,试验采用载体染色法,研究了载体种类、载体用量、染色温度、染色时间及染料类型等对PLA织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,选用苯甲酸甲酯为载体,质量浓度为2 g/L,选择偶氮型分散染料,染色温度100℃,保温时间为30 min时,聚乳酸织物K/S值较高,耐晒、耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度优良。To solve the problem of difficulty in dyeing polylactic acid fabrics with dark colors and a decrease in hand feel and breaking strength after dyeing,the carrier dyeing of PLA fabric is carried out.The influences of carrier type,carrier concentration,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and dye type on the dyeing results of PLA fabrics are studied.The results show that when the carrier concentration is 2 g/L,the azo disperse dye is select⁃ed,the dyeing temperature is 100℃,and the holding time is 30 min,the K/S value of the polylactic acid fabric is high,and the color fastnesses to sunlight,rubbing and soaping washing are excellent.
