摘 要:通过硅烷偶联剂KH550将活性染料反应到二氧化硅(SiO_(2))微球表面,制备了纳米色素粒子。研究了硅烷偶联剂用量、染料用量、反应温度和反应时间对染料吸附率的影响。采用红外光谱、透射电镜和Zeta电位对纳米色素粒子进行表征,并将纳米色素粒子应用于纺织品印花。结果表明,硅基纳米色素粒子较优的制备工艺为:KH550与SiO_(2)质量比为10%,活性黄145与SiO_(2)质量比为12.5%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为140 min。吸附染料后的纳米色素粒子粒径由113.4 nm增加到135.1 nm,染料吸附率可达95.71%。印花织物的耐干摩擦色牢度均为4~5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,耐皂洗变色牢度为4~5级,耐日晒色牢度为4级。Nano pigment particles are prepared by grafting reactive dyes onto the surface of silica microspheres using silane coupling agent KH550.The effects of silane coupling agent concentration,dye concentration,dye reaction temperature and time on dye adsorption rate are studied.The nano pigment particle is characterized using infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Zeta potential,and is applied to textile printing.The results show that the preparation process of silicon-based nano pigment particle is optimized as follows:the mass ratio of KH550 to SiO_(2)is 10%,the mass ratio of Reactive Yellow 145 to SiO_(2)is 12.5%,the dye reaction temperature is 60℃,and the dye reaction time is 140 min.The particle size of nanopigment particles increases from 113.4 nm to 135.1 nm,and the dye adsorption rate reaches 95.71%.The color fastness to dry rubbing is Grade 4-5,the color fastness to wet rubbing is Grade 3-4,the color fastnesses to soaping is Grade 4-5,and the color fastness to sunlight is Grade 4.
