摘　　要：以有光人丝为经纱与人棉纬纱织成的缎类织物,经过活性印花+涂料印花+金粉印花复合印花工艺,可以达到蚕丝印花织物的手感和色泽,且印花图案精细、立体感强。介绍了织物的印染生产流程、工艺参数及注意事项。该工艺得到的人丝/人棉缎活性印花织物富有层次感,解决了活性色浆与金粉胶浆叠加造成的金粉黏合牢度差的问题;印花织物的断裂强力降低10%以内,撕破强力降低15%以内;耐摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度等均可达3~4级以上;成品缩率经向仅0.2%、纬向0.1%。A rayon/viscose sateen fabric woven with lustrous rayon as warp yarns and viscose as weft yarns can achieve a silky feel and luster through a composite printing process of reactive printing,pigment printing and gold powder printing.The printed pattern is fine and three-dimensional.The printing and dyeing production pro⁃cess,process parameters,and precautions are introduced.The process solves the problem of poor gold pow⁃der adhesion caused by the superposition of reactive paste and gold powder adhesive.The breaking strength of printed fabrics is reduced by less than 10%,and the tearing strength is reduced by less than 15%.The color fastnesses to rubbing,washing and perspiration can all reach Grade 3-4 or above.The shrinkage rate of the product is only 0.2%in the warp direction and 0.1%in the weft direction.
