摘　　要：采用无氟防水整理剂9100对棉织物进行防水整理,优化了工艺条件,分析了防水整理对织物机械强度与服用性能的影响。最佳工艺条件为:防水整理剂30 g/L、渗透剂10 g/L、交联剂10 g/L、轧余率80%、焙烘温度140℃、焙烘时间120 s。无氟防水整理剂9100整理的棉织物具有优良的耐洗防水性能,无明显的手抓痕现象,断裂强力和断裂伸长率稍有增大,手感、白度、K/S值和色差影响较小,静电压明显增大,但半衰期无明显变化。A fluoride-free waterproofing agent 9100 is used for waterproof finish of cotton fabric.The finishing conditions are optimized,the effects of finishing on mechanical strength and wearability of fabric are analyzed.The optimum process conditions are waterproof finishing agent 30 g/L,penetrant 10 g/L,crosslinking agent 10 g/L,pickup 80%,baking at 140℃for 120 s.Cotton fabrics finished with fluoride-free waterproofing agent 9100 have excellent durable waterproof performance after laundering,no obvious hand scratch,slightly in⁃creased breaking strength and breaking elongation,little influence on feel,whiteness,K/S value and color differ⁃ence,obviously increased static voltage,but no obviously change in half-life.
