摘  要:研究了纺织品中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)检测标准方法、标准物质等对检测偏差的影响。分析认为,标准物质聚合度分布的不明确、样品中目标物组分的多样性、部分同系物响应值超过线性范围的忽略、含量计算方法与结果的表示,以及仪器参数对同系物校正因子的影响,都可能造成APEO检测结果的偏差。提出采用与样品聚合度分布相似的标物定量,准确计算各同系物校正因子后再分析样品,将APEO等物质的量转换成烷基酚后检测,半移取萃取液制备测试液等措施,提高检测的精确度。The influence of standard methods and reference materials on the detection deviation of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether(APEO)in textiles is studied.The analysis shows that the uncertainty of the polymeriza⁃tion degree distribution of the reference materials,the diversity of the target components in the samples,the neglect of the response values of some homologues beyond the linear range,the expression of the content cal⁃culation methods and results,the influence of the instrument parameters on the correction factor of homo⁃logues may cause the deviation of APEO results.The following measures to avoid the above problems are sug⁃gested:quantitative determination of the reference materials similar to the degree of polymerization distribu⁃tion of the samples;accurate calculation of the correction factors of the homologues and subsequent analysis of the samples;the test solution is prepared by semi-extraction,therefore,testing accuracy can be enhanced.
