石墨化温度对质子交换膜燃料电池用碳纸性能的影响

摘  要:以聚丙烯腈碳纤维和聚乙烯醇为原料,将湿法造纸抄造的碳纸原纸用酚醛树脂浸渍热压固化后进行碳化石墨化,制备了石墨化温度不同的燃料电池用碳纸样品,分析了碳纸的拉伸强度、透气性、水平电阻率等性能指标,并通过X射线衍射仪分析了石墨化温度不同的碳纸样品的石墨结构,探究了石墨化温度对燃料电池用碳纸性能的影响,确定了实验条件下碳纸性能较优且成本较低的最佳石墨化温度。实验结果表明:在2000~2800℃阶段,2400℃条件下制备的碳纸综合性能最佳,比2800℃制备的碳纸可节省电力能源;石墨化温度为2400℃时,碳纸的拉伸强度为22.9MPa、水平电阻率为3.935mΩ·cm、石墨化度为68.68%。Using polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers and polyvinyl alcohol as raw materials,samples of carbon paper for proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC)graphitized at different temperatures were prepared by wet papermaking,impregnated with phenolic resin and cured by hot-pressed,carbonized and graphitized.The tensile strength,permeability,horizontal resistivity and other indicators of carbon paper were comprehensively analyzed,and the graphite structure of carbon paper samples at different graphitization temperatures was analyzed by X-ray power diffraction(XRD),so as to explore the influence of graphitization temperature on the performance of carbon paper.The optimum graphitization temperature of carbon paper with better performance and lower cost was obtained.The results showed that the carbon paper prepared at 2400℃had the best comprehensive performance during 2000~2800℃,and could save power energy compared with the graphitization at 2800℃.When the graphitization temperature was 2400℃,the tensile strength,horizontal resistivity and graphitization degree of carbon paper were 22.9MPa,3.935mΩ·cm and 68.68%,respectively.
