摘 要:通过两步法制备了以正十八烷(n-OD)为囊芯、SiO_(2)为内层壁材和硅橡胶微球(SRm)为外层壁材具有高储能密度的n-OD@SiO_(2)/SRm复合相变微胶囊,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪对复合相变微胶囊的化学结构组成、结晶衍射峰、微观形貌、热稳定性和潜热性能进行表征,并考察了囊壁质量比及单体种类对其性能的影响。结果表明:n-OD/SiO_(2)相变微胶囊的初始分解温度高于n-OD,引入SRm后复合相变微胶囊的热稳定性较好;n-OD/SiO_(2)相变微胶囊的熔融焓、凝固焓分别为135.5J/g和141.8J/g,复合相变微胶囊的熔融焓、凝固焓最高可达112.2J/g和112.8J/g;经过30次循环复合相变微胶囊的熔融焓、凝固焓变化不大,表现出优异的可循环工作性。A two-step method was employed to prepare n-OD@SiO_(2)/SRm composite phase change microcapsules with high energy storage density by using n-octadecane(n-OD)as the core,SiO_(2) as the inner wall material,and silicone rubber microspheres(SRm)as the outer wall material.FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TGA and DSC were used to characterize the chemical structure composition,crystal diffraction peak,microstructure,thermal stability and latent heat properties of the composite phase change microcapsules,and the effects of capsule wall mass ratio and monomer type on their properties were investigated.The results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of n-OD/SiO_(2) phase change microcapsules was higher than that of n-OD,and the introduction of SRm improved the thermal stability of the composite phase change microcapsules.The melting enthalpy and solidification enthalpy of n-OD/SiO_(2) phase change microcapsules were 135.5J/g and 141.8J/g,respectively.The maximum melting enthalpy and solidification enthalpy of composite phase change microcapsules could reach 112.2J/g and 112.8J/g,respectively.After 30 cycles,the melting enthalpy and solidification enthalpy of the composite phase change microcapsules did not change significantly,demonstrating excellent recyclability.
