摘 要:动态荧光切换材料广泛应用于信息加密领域。为了实现纳米粒子的多重荧光特性,首先制备了共价连接四苯乙烯的SiO_(2)纳米粒子(TPE-SiO_(2)),通过表面改性和接枝,将光致变色分子螺吡喃修饰在TPE-SiO_(2)表面,得到具有双重荧光特性的SiO_(2)纳米粒子(TPE-SiO_(2)-SP)。结果表明:TPE-SiO_(2)的激发波长在320nm,发射波长在480nm左右,荧光强度随着其粒径的减小而明显增强;对TPE-SiO_(2)-SP进行紫外光照射后,TPE-SiO_(2)-SP表面的螺吡喃从无荧光的螺吡喃结构(SP)形式转换为有荧光的部花菁结构(MC)形式,发出明亮的红色荧光;在反应体系中加入H+离子后,螺吡喃分子转化为无荧光的质子化部花菁结构(MCH+)形式,TPE-SiO_(2)-SP又显现出淡蓝色荧光。这种具有荧光切换能力的纳米粒子有望应用于信息加密平台的构建。Dynamic fluorescent switching materials are widely used in information encryption field.In order to realize the multiple fluorescence properties of nanoparticles,firstly,SiO_(2) nanoparticles covalently linked with tetraphenylethene(TPE-SiO_(2))were prepared.Subsequently,photochromic spiropyran molecules were decorated on the surface of TPE-SiO_(2) by surface modification and grafting technique to obtain SiO_(2) nanoparticles with double fluorescence characteristics(TPE-SiO_(2)-SP).The results showed that the excitation wavelength of TPE-SiO_(2) was 320nm,its emission wavelength was around 480 nm,and the fluorescence intensity increased with the decrease of the particle size.After ultraviolet irradiation,the spiropyran on the surface of TPE-SiO_(2)-SP changed from non-fluorescent SP form to fluorescent MC form,emitting bright red fluorescence.When H+ions were added to the reaction system,the spiropyran molecules transformed into non-fluorescent protonated MCH+form,and TPE-SiO_(2)-SP exhibited light blue fluorescence again.These nanoparticles with fluorescence switching ability are expected to be used in the construction of information encryption platforms.
