摘　　要：On December 27,2023,the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council issued the"Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China",in which propose to firmly establish and practice the concept that"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",and to maintain national ecological security,to advance the construction of eco-civilization system,to support high-quality development with high-quality eco-environment are key tasks for the formation of a beautiful China.
