促亲缘鉴定标准化工作高质量发展新思考

摘　　要：亲缘鉴定是法医物证工作重要的民生领域应用之一,亲缘鉴定报告在社会公众民事纠纷中常常起决定性作用,是具备法律性的身份和关系证明,是一份科学严谨、专业公正的科学证据。随着亲缘鉴定的标准及规范化工作不断实践与优化,亲缘鉴定权威性逐步提升,亲缘鉴定报告的应用场景也不断丰富,但亲缘鉴定相关标准与规范性文件在实际应用中仍存在问题,通过探析落地工作痛点,促进未来司法鉴定相关标准及规范化工作的高质量发展。Parentage testing is one of the important applications of forensic evidence in the field of people’s livelihood.Parentage testing report often play a decisive role in civil disputes.It is a legal certification of identity and relationship,and also rigorous,professional and impartial scientific evidence.With the continuous practice and optimization of the standardization of parentage testing,the authority of parentage testing has been gradually improved.The application scenarios of parentage testing reports have been also enriched.However,there are still problems in the practical application of parentage testing standards and related documents.By analyzing the pain points of practical work,this paper promotes the high-quality development of standardization related to judicial expertise in the future.
