一例肉鸡网状内皮组织增生症病毒与圆圈病毒混合感染的实验室诊断

摘　　要：黑龙江地区某养殖场,28日龄商品肉鸡出现精神萎靡,采食量下降,生长缓慢的症状,发病鸡在眼、鼻、喙部位出现溃疡结痂。病鸡剖检病理变化主要是腺胃出血、乳头肿胀,肾脏肿大、脾脏出血坏死、法氏囊萎缩、肠炎等,病原学核酸检测结果表明该鸡场存在禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒和圆圈病毒3型的混合感染。本病例的实验室诊断为家禽疫病防控提供了部分理论基础和有效参考。The 28-day-old commercial broilers showed signs of malaise,loss of appetite and slow growth in a farm in Heilongjiang province.The infected chickens showed ulceration in the eyes,nose and beak.The mainly pathological changes of the infected chickens were hemorrhage and swelling of the glandular stomach,swelling of the kidneys,hemorrhage and necrosis of the spleen,atrophy of the bursa of fabricius,enteritis,etc.The results of etiological diagnosis showed that there was a mixed infection of avian reticuloendotheliosis virus and gyrovirus 3 in the chicken farm.The laboratory diagnosis of this case provides part of the theoretical basis and effective reference for the prevention and control of poultry disease.
