摘 要:良好的抗体监测是目前预防和控制家禽动物疫病的关键环节,本研究以对我市家禽养殖业危害最严重的两大禽类传染病为研究对象,结合“互联网+”和荧光免疫POCT现场检测技术优势,构建了家禽重大动物疫病免疫智能分析预警平台,应用效果显示该平台可满足动物疫病预防控制中心的实时数据统计、技术指导服务以及决策分析等需求。In this study,the"Internet+POCT"immune intelligent analysis and early warning platform for poultry major animal diseases was built to help the comprehensive prevention and control of animal diseases.The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs places significant emphasis on the development of grassroots animal epidemic prevention and supervision systems.Currently,effective antibody monitoring plays a crucial role in poultry disease prevention and control.This study focuses on two major infectious diseases that pose the greatest threat to our city's poultry farming industry,combining the strengths of"Internet+"technology with fluorescence immunoPOCT field detection techniques.An intelligent platform for immune analysis and early warning of major poultry diseases has been established,catering to the realtime data collection,guidance services,and decision analysis requirements of the Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center.
