摘 要:DNA疫苗是第三代核酸疫苗的领军者,因其比传统疫苗有着多种优势,近年来重新进入科研工作者的研究路线中。相比mRNA疫苗,DNA疫苗的研究更加深入广泛,并有受市场检验的产品及多款临床产品,未来将作为人类及动物疫病防控的重要技术手段。疫苗作为家禽养殖业始终依赖的基石,多年来随着疾病的发展传统疫苗已无法满足其防治要求,而DNA疫苗正好可填补此空缺。本文概述了DNA疫苗在人用疫苗及禽用疫苗中的研究应用,相比人用疫苗近年来的深入探索,禽用DNA疫苗起点虽早,但随着新技术的更新,其发展后继乏力。期望未来,研究者参考人用DNA疫苗中的新技术、新手段,对禽用DNA疫苗进行更深入广泛的研究。DNA vaccine is the leader of the third generation of nucleic acid vaccine.Because of its many advantages compared with traditional vaccine,DNA vaccine has re-entered the research route of scientific researchers in recent years.Compared with mRNA vaccine,DNA vaccine research is more in-depth and extensive,and there are market tested products and a number of clinical products,which will be used as an important technical means for the prevention and control of human and animal diseases in the future.Vaccines have always been the cornerstone of the poultry industry.Over the years,with the development of diseases,traditional vaccines have been unable to meet the requirements of prevention and control,and DNA vaccines can fill this gap.This paper lists the research of DNA vaccine in human vaccine and poultry vaccine.It can be seen that compared with the in-depth exploration of human vaccine in recent years,poultry DNA vaccine started early,but with the update of new technology,its development is weak.In the future,we can refer to the new technical means of human DNA vaccine to conduct more in-depth and extensive research on avian DNA vaccine.
