摘　　要：为评价重组禽流感病毒(H5+H7)三价灭活疫苗和鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒病(Ⅰ群4型)三联灭活疫苗混合后的联合免疫效果,试验将120只11日龄健康商品代黄羽肉鸡随机分成4组,设混苗联合免疫组、分点免疫组和单苗免疫组,分别接种疫苗,检测免疫前和免疫后14、21、28和35 d鸡血清中特异性抗体水平,评估两种疫苗混合后联合免疫的安全性和免疫效果。结果显示:免疫后1周内各组鸡精神、食欲、呼吸等生理活动均无异常;混苗联合免疫组免疫后14 d,6种病原抗体滴度均升高,免疫后21 d均达到理想水平,免疫后28 d抗体滴度均高于5 log2;混苗联合免疫组抗体水平和抗体消长规律与其他组基本一致。研究表明,两种禽流感疫苗混合后联合免疫的安全性和免疫效果与单苗免疫相当,无干扰现象,可减少鸡群应激,节省人工,为养禽场免疫程序优化提供参考。In order to evaluate the combined immune effect of reassortant avian influenza virus(H5+H7)trivalent vaccine with Newcastle disease,avian influenza(subtype H9)and fowl adenoviruses disease(groupⅠserotype 4)vaccine,120 healthy commercial yellow-feather broilers of 11 days age were randomly divided into fourgroups,including mixed vaccines combined immunization group,point immunization group,and single vaccine immunization groups,respectively.Blood samples were collect⁃ed before immunization and at 14,21,28 and 35 days after immunization to detect the specific antibody levels in chicken serum.The safety,immune efficacy and dynamics of antibody of combined immunization with the two mixed vaccines were evaluated.The results showed that the physiological activities such as spirit status,appetite and respiration of chickens in each group were not abnormal within one week after immunization.In mixed vaccines combined immunization group,the titers of six pathogens an⁃tibodies increased at 14 days after immunization,reached the ideal level at 21 days after immunization,and the titers of antibodies were higher than 5 log2 at 28 days after immunization.The level of antibody and dynamics of antibody in mixed vaccines combined immunization group were consistent with the other groups.The results indicated that the safety and immune effect of the two kinds of avian influenza vaccines combined immunization after mixing were comparable to those of the single vaccine without interfer⁃ence,could reduce the stress in flocks and save labors,provided a reference for optimizing immune program of poultry farms.
