摘 要:为探索黄瓜根结线虫病的生物防治方法,设置苍术、葱末、嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-13种生物防治处理,以氟吡菌酰胺为化学药剂对照,以不作处理为空白对照进行比较试验。结果表明,定植45 d,氟吡菌酰胺处理土壤中寄生线虫密度下降率最大,达97.54%;葱末和嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1处理次之,约95%。氟吡菌酰胺处理的防治效果最高,达60%,葱末、苍术和嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1处理防效分别为50%、45%和34%,其中葱末、苍术处理与氟吡菌酰胺处理间无显著性差异。相比空白对照,苍术、葱末和嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1处理的黄瓜产量分别增加5.27%、4.25%和15.31%。综上,葱末对黄瓜根结线虫病防治及增产表现较好,为进一步开发利用植物源农药、实现根结线虫病绿色防治提供了依据。In order to explore the effects on cucumber growth and the control efficiency against root-knot nematode disease,the experiment was designed including 3 biological treatments of Cangshu,onion straws and Rhodovulum sulfidophilum HNI-1 with fluopyram as the chemical control and the treatment without anything as the blank control.The results showed that the density of parasitic nematodes decreased the most in the soil treated with fluopyram after planting 45 days,reaching 97.54%.Onion straws and R.sulfidophilum HNI-1 followed,about 95%.The control efficiency against root-knot nematode disease of fluopyram was the highest,reaching 60%.The control efficiency on root-knot nematode disease of onion straws,Cangshu and R.sulfidophilum HNI-1 were 50%,45%and 35%,respectively.And there were no significant differences among the treatments of Cangshu,onion straws and fluopyram.Compared with the blank control,the average yield of cucumbers treated with Cangshu,onion straws and R.sulfidophilum HNI-1 was increased by 5.27%,4.25%and 15.31%,respectively.In summary,treatment with onion straws had the best comprehensive performance on cucumber yield and the control efficiency on root-knot nematode disease,which provided a basis for the further development and utilization of plant-derived pesticides and the realization of the green cycle safety control against root-knot nematode disease.
