山西省数字普惠金融与乡村振兴耦合协调关系探析

摘　　要：数字普惠金融以普惠性和包容性扩大农村金融服务范围,推动乡村振兴的发展,所以二者具有一定的耦合协调性。主要从普惠金融的覆盖度、使用度、数字度三个维度对山西省普惠金融发展水平进行评价,通过构建乡村振兴综合评价指标体系,应用因子分析法评价山西省乡村振兴发展水平,然后使用耦合协调度模型实证研究数字普惠金融和乡村振兴的耦合协调关系。结果表明:山西省数字普惠金融和乡村振兴两系统的耦合协调度经历了濒临失调—初级协调—中级协调—良好协调的发展过程,随着时间推移协调程度在逐渐扩大,数字普惠金融更加精准地促进乡村振兴的发展。Digital universal finance expands the scope of rural financial services with universal and inclusive features,and promotes the development of rural revitalization,so the two have a certain degree of coupling and coordination.It mainly evaluates the development level of universal finance in Shanxi Province from the three dimensions of universal finance coverage,usage and digital degree of universal finance,applies factor analysis to evaluate the development level of rural revitalization in Shanxi Province by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural revitalization,and then empirically researches the coupled and coordinated relationship between digital universal finance and rural revitalization by using the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of digital universal finance and rural revitalization in Shanxi Province has experienced the development process of nearly imbalance—primary coordination—intermediate coordination—good coordination,and that the degree of coordination has been expanding over time,and that digital universal finance can more accurately promote the development of rural revitalization.
