市域铁路车站施工前期管线改移分析

摘　　要：在市政道路建设中,地下管线种类丰富,且产权单位各自独有体系,因此在建城段实施开发建设,会涉及管线搬迁。本文以上海市域铁路金山大道站车站管线搬迁工作为例,结合管线综合规划方案,以及根据作者自身经验,对项目推进过程中将要遇到的对接、沟通协调,以及部分程序进行预判。为后续项目的顺利推进起指导作用。In the construction of municipal roads,there are various types of underground pipelines,and each property unit has its own unique system.Therefore,implementing development and construction in the urban section will involve pipeline relocation.This article takes the relocation of the pipeline at Jinshan Avenue Station of the Shanghai Municipal Railway as an example,combined with the comprehensive pipeline planning scheme and based on the author's own experience,to predict the docking,communication and coordination,as well as some procedures that will be encountered during the project promotion process.This can provide guidance for the smooth progress of subsequent projects.
