摘 要:本文研究了某运营高铁隧道衬砌空洞整治技术,以湖南娄底境内一高铁隧道为例,通过实地检测与综合分析,发现空洞成因。详细阐述了整治技术的实施过程,以及采取的安全质量技术措施等。通过吊模重新构筑的方式,找到了对既有线路设备影响少,对进入线路隧道运输、施工场地充分利用,施工周期短对高铁既有线运营影响小,施工投入及后期管养成本低的方法,提高了高铁隧道的运营安全可靠性,也为高铁隧道衬砌空洞整治提供了新的思路和方法,有一定的经验效益,为类似工程的整治提供了有效借鉴。This article studies the lining cavity treatment technology of a high-speed railway tunnel in operation.Taking a high-speed railway tunnel in Loudi,Hunan Province as an example,through on-site inspection and comprehensive analysis,the cause of the cavity is discovered.Detailed explanation was given on the implementation process of rectification technology,as well as the safety and quality technical measures taken.Through the reconstruction of the suspended formwork,a method has been found,which has little impact on existing line equipment,fully utilizes transportation and construction sites entering the line tunnel,has a short construction period,has little impact on the operation of the high-speed rail existing line,and has low construction investment and maintenance costs in the later stage.This has improved the operational safety and reliability of high-speed rail tunnels,and provided new ideas and methods for the treatment of lining cavities in high-speed rail tunnels.It has certain experiential benefits and provides effective reference for the treatment of similar projects.
