摘  要:在互通立交设计中,一般会采用多个位置、多个角度、多种形式的方案进行比选研究,确定最优互通设计方案。当出现三个及以上方案需要决策时,仅陈列各个方案的详细数据及其优缺点不能够供评委及专家准确清晰的进行判断。特别是社会处于十四五发展时期,环境保护建设被重点关注,互通中环境指标应当越来越受到重视。本文以甬金衢上高速公路灵溪枢纽互通设计为例,利用模糊评价法,将方案指标因素数据化,设置因素的评价函数,配置指标的权重,增加环境影响因素及其权重,用统一的标准评判多个方案。In the design of interchanges,multiple positions,angles,and forms of schemes are generally used for comparative research to determine the optimal interchange design scheme.When there are three or more options that require decision-making,only displaying detailed data and their advantages and disadvantages for each option is not enough for judges and experts to make accurate and clear judgments.Especially during the 14th Five Year Plan period of social development,environmental protection and construction have been given special attention,and environmental indicators in communication should be increasingly valued.This article takes the design of the Lingxi Interchange on the Yongjin Quzhou Expressway as an example.Using the fuzzy evaluation method,the scheme index factors are digitized,the evaluation function of the factors is set,the weights of the indicators are configured,and the environmental impact factors and their weights are increased.Multiple schemes are evaluated using a unified standard.
