摘 要:铁路作为我国综合交通运输的核心组成部分,具有工程建设规模宏大、技术标准严格、资金需求巨大等特点,因此,实施合理且高效的造价管理策略显得尤为重要。BIM技术的引入,能将工程造价相关的信息和数据无缝集成至铁路BIM模型之中,这不仅为铁路建设的信息化提供了强有力的支撑,同时也是实现造价精细化管理不可或缺的一环。本文以新建城际铁路联络线一期工程为例,详细阐述了如何借助BIM技术实现项目协同管理和数据共享,从而在工程造价控制方面取得显著成效。此举旨在为同类工程提供有价值的参考与借鉴。As a core component of China's comprehensive transportation,railways have the characteristics of large-scale engineering construction,strict technical standards,and huge funding needs.Therefore,implementing reasonable and efficient cost management strategies is particularly important.The introduction of BIM technology can seamlessly integrate engineering cost related information and data into the railway BIM model.This not only provides strong support for the informatization of railway construction,but also is an indispensable part of achieving cost refinement management.This article takes the first phase of the newly-built intercity railway connecting line project as an example to explain in detail how to use BIM technology to achieve project collaborative management and data sharing,thereby achieving significant results in engineering cost control.This move aims to provide valuable reference and inspiration for similar projects.
