摘 要:以压铸机压射系统为研究对象,针对只采用出口比例插装阀系统出现启动冲击、低速稳定性差、高速易超调和工作压力高等问题,提出一种独立阀口控制的速度系统,对出、入口比例插装阀同时采用前馈加反馈复合控制。通过采用双比例插装阀对进、出口速度控制的压铸机压射系统进行分析,建立关键元件和压射系统仿真模型,并在现场压铸机上进行试验验证。结果表明,这种控制方式能够消除启动时的瞬间速度前冲,提高了低速段时速度稳定性、降低了高速段超调,并且减小了出口比例插装阀的工作压力,同时也证明了联合仿真的有效性,为同类系统的设计提供参考。This paper uses a die-casting machine injection system as the object of study.For only using the export proportional cartridge valve system,the startup impact is poor,the low-speed stability is poor,the high speed is easy to overshoot,and the working pressure is high.To put forward a kind of independent valve port control speed system for the export and inlet proportional cartridge valves at the same time using feed-forward plus feedback composite control.By analyzing the speed control of the inlet and outlet of the proportional cartridge valve in the injection hydraulic system of the die-casting machine,the establishment of key components and an injection system simulation model,and in the field die-casting machine for test verification,the results show that this control method can eliminate the instantaneous speed of the start of the forward stroke,improve the speed stability of the low-speed section,reduce the high-speed section of the overshoot,and reduce the outlet proportional cartridge valve working pressure.
