摘　　要：介绍一种ZDC两通压力补偿器的结构及工作原理,以及两通压力补偿器串联在比例换向阀进油口的流量输出稳定性原理。根据原理分析两通压力补偿器的常见故障,包括:主阀芯无动作、弹簧端面磨损或者断裂、梭阀阀芯卡阻。设计了一种两通压力补偿器的测试方法,能够测试流量与控制信号、压力与控制信号特性曲线。该方法能够快速、准确地诊断两通压力补偿器的常见故障部位,为设备疑难故障分析和两通压力补偿器的修复提供技术参考。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a ZDC two-way pressure compensator,and the output flow stability principle of the imported two-way pressure compensator in series with the proportional directional valve.According to the principle,the common faults of the two-way pressure compensator are analyzed,including:no action of the main valve core,wear or fracture of the spring end face,and jamming of the shuttle valve core.By studying its principle and common faults,a test method of two-way pressure compensator is designed,which can test the flow and control signal performance curve,pressure and control signal performance curve of two-way pressure compensator.This method can accurately and quickly diagnose the common fault parts of the two-way pressure compensator,and provide technical reference for the analysis of difficult equipment faults and the repair of the two-way pressure compensator.
