摘 要:以挖掘机行走液压系统为研究对象,针对液压系统的压力损失对整机系统效率的影响,基于AMESim构建了挖掘机行走液压系统的仿真模型,分析了各环节压损对整个液压系统的影响比重,并通过CFD仿真分析优化行走液压系统,减少压力损失。仿真与实测结果验证了仿真模型的准确性,并识别出影响系统压损的主要因素。其结果对比表明,沿程管路和回转中心接头压损占比较大,并对相应的压损环节调整优化后,系统管路平均压损可降低60%左右,中心接头压损可降低68%。为提升液压系统的设计,提高挖掘机行走液压系统的效率奠定了基础。In this paper,taking the excavator walking hydraulic system as the research object,aiming at the influence of pressure loss of hydraulic system on the efficiency of the whole machine system.A simulation model of the excavator walking hydraulic system is constructed based on AMESim,analyzes the influence of pressure loss in each link of the walking hydraulic system on the whole hydraulic system,and optimizes walking hydraulic system through CFD simulation analysis to reduce pressure loss of walking hydraulic system.The accuracy of the simulation model has been verified by simulation and actual measurement results.Identify the main factors that affect the pressure loss of the system.The comparison between the simulation results and the actual measurement results shows that the pressure loss of the pipeline and the rotary center joint is relatively large.After adjusting and optimizing the corresponding pressure loss links,the average pressure loss of the system pipeline can be reduced by about 60%,and the pressure loss of the center joint can be reduced by 68%.It lays a foundation for improving the design of the hydraulic system and improving the efficiency of the excavator's traveling hydraulic system.
