摘 要:应新能源汽车发展的需求,国内各主机厂大力发展机电耦合技术路线,油冷电机将面临材料兼容性等诸多问题。油冷电机的润滑油与绝缘漆兼容性是目前汽车行业所关注和亟待解决的问题。通过对当今市场不同油品、绝缘漆和不同试验条件的考察,分析油品性能,对比绝缘漆状态,得出影响兼容性结果的主要影响因素:试验加水量对结果的影响最大,行业公认的6 000 mg/kg加水量可能过于严苛,符合实际工况的1 800 mg/kg加水量更适于实际应用的考察;绝缘漆的种类和成分,含苯乙烯成分的绝缘漆耐水性更强;油品添加剂的极性分子也会在一定程度上加剧影响。深入研究不同加水量,对电机材料油品兼容性试验规范的制定有很好的指导意义。With the increase demand on the new energy vehicles,all Chinese OEMs devotes their energy and resources on developing electromechanical coupling technology.Because of this,the oil cooling motor materials compatibility was raised up that may face to plenty of challenges.The compatibility between cooling oil and insulating varnish was rarely touched before,therefore,more attention needs to be paid and solution should be raised up urgently.The study on the compatibility between different commercialized oil and insulating varnish under different test condition reveals the main factors that may impact fluid performance and varnish status.The results showed that water content is the main influence factor:the 6 000 mg/kg water content accepted by the industry may be too strict,and the 1 800 mg/kg water content in line with the actual running test is more suitable for the investigation of practical application.The second is the varnish type and its composition:insulation paint containing styrene components has more water resistance.The fluid,especially additive,may accelerate the degradation of varnish to some extent.Through the study on the impact of water,it is of great significance to develop a technical specification on the motor materials compatibility test.
