摘 要:为研究饲粮中添加抗菌肽和地顶孢霉培养物对育肥湖羊生长性能和瘤胃微生物区系的影响,试验选择健康、体重为24 kg育肥湖羊60只,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复2只羊(公羊1只,母羊1只)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加500 g/t抗菌肽,1000 g/t地顶孢霉培养物。预试期14 d,正式期120 d。结果表明:(1)饲料中添加抗菌肽和地顶孢霉培养物对育肥湖羊的体重、平均日增重和料重比有显著影响,总阶段抗菌肽组、地顶孢霉培养物组体重比对照组分别提高11.03%、10.45%(P<0.05),总阶段平均日增重(ADG)与对照组有显著性差异,抗菌肽组和地顶孢霉培养物组比对照组均高17.65%(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,抗菌肽组瘤胃液中丙酸、戊酸、异丁酸和异戊酸含量极显著上升,比对照组分别提高64.05%、29.41%、36.37%、63.44%(P<0.05)。(3)饲料中添加抗菌肽和地顶孢霉培养物显著提高了拟杆菌门的含量,抗菌肽组、地顶孢霉培养物组分别提高25.10%、29.65%(P<0.05),与对照组相比,抗菌肽组双歧杆菌升高85.64%(P<0.05)。综上,在饲料中添加抗菌肽和地顶孢霉培养物对育肥湖羊的生长性能有显著影响,可显著调节瘤胃微生物区系和瘤胃发酵模式。This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary addition of antimicrobial peptides and Acaprospora culture on the growth performance and rumen microflora of fattening lake sheep.The trial selected 60 healthy weighing 24 kg fattening lake sheep and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 2 sheep(1 ram and 1 ewe)in each replicate.The control group was fed basal diet,and the experimental group added 500 g/t antimicrobial peptide and 1000 g/t culture of Acroces doapicalis to the basal diet.The pre-trial period was 14 days,and the formal period was 120 days.The results showed that:(1)The addition of antimicrobial peptides and Acroces decenospora culture had a significant effect on the weight,average daily weight gain and feed-to-weight ratio of fattening lake sheep,the weight of antimicrobial peptide group and Acapices culture group was 11.03%,10.45%higher(P<0.05)than the control group in the total stage,the average daily gain(ADG)was significantly different from the control group,and the antimicrobial peptide group and the Apicecis culture group were 17.65%higher(P<0.05)than the control group in the total stage.(2)Compared with the control group in the total stage,the contents of propionic acid,valeric acid,isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid in the rumen juice of the antibacterial peptide group increased significantly,propionic acid,valeric acid isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid was 64.05%,29.41%,36.37%,63.44%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The addition of antimicrobial peptides and Apocetospora culture significantly increased the contents of Bacteroides phylum in the antimicrobial peptide group and the Apocedinus culture group,which increased by 25.10%in the antimicrobial peptide group and 29.65%(P<0.05)in the Apocedinospora culture group,the Bifidobacterinm of the antimicrobial peptide group was 85.64%P<0.05)higher than the antrol group.In summary,the addition of antimicrobial peptides and Apocedinus culture to feed had significant impact on the growth performa
