摘　　要：继发性肢体淋巴水肿为一种慢性进展性疾病,发病率逐年增加。外科治疗作为肢体淋巴水肿的主要治疗方式近年受到广泛关注。本文结合当前研究现状,阐述继发性肢体淋巴水肿各种外科治疗方式的特点及适应证,以期为外科整合治疗在继发性肢体淋巴水肿中的应用提供参考。Secondary limb lymphedema is a chronic progressive disease,and its incidence is increasing gradully.Surgical treatment for limb lymphedema has garnered widespread attention as an effective treatment.Based on the current research status,this article expounds the characteristics and indications of various surgical treatment methods for secondary limb lymphedema,in order to provide reference for the application of integrated surgical treatment in secondary limb lymphedema.
